MISSION STATEMENT: Our goal is to advance the care of shoulder problems through excellence in postgraduate training on a regional, national, and international
level. We seek to train individuals who will become leaders in their own communities and in their own countries. Our ultimate goal is to teach a method of
approach which our students will use as a foundation for further advancement of their techniques.
